After studying a fine art degree Natasha went on to work as a post production manager for a East London film production company.
In 2007 Natasha started MYFILM. "I wanted to create a wedding film company that captured the event in a more relaxed, fun and reportage style; it's a wedding not a film set after all'
These days Natasha manages MYFILM's marketing, wedding co-ordination and editing.
After being in the industry for over 10 years MYFILM have perfected their craft and employ an amazing team of talented videographers.
Martin is a perfectionist and has been filming weddings for over 10 years. He’s always looking for a bigger, better and more meaningful shot than the last, be it with a new camera toy or just a fleeting moment handheld with the camera.
Martin loves faraway travel, good restaurants, snowboarding, camera gadgets and the ocassional TED Talk.
Daryl’s CV is immense. He was trained by the BBC as a camera operator and when Darryl isn’t working for MYFILM he’s producing TV adverts for some of the world’s most popular and well loved brands. He just loves to shoot weddings it’s a simple as that. Daryl says; "What I love about filming weddings is capturing the atmosphere and seeing the faces of the guests genuinely excited for the bride and groom and as the wedding progresses into the night, it’s great to see everyone making the shapes on the dance floor."
Daryl loves spending time with his family, watching films or trying to restore his classic car.
Justina’s observational filming style reflects a background studying documentary filmmaking. When she is not shooting the wedding season with MYFILM, she is based in Dubai, where she films weddings all year round. “I love weddings as I am witnessing one of the happiest days of people’s lives. Everyone is excited, smiling, laughing and happy. The day is surrounded by beautiful flowers, gorgeous decorations and all the cute and magnificent details, which sparks joy in my girly heart.’
Charlie's has filmed over 130 weddings and is still as passionate as he was on day one. ‘Some people focus on snazzy transitions and cool shots; I believe that style should always come second. The first thing on my mind during the day is capturing the emotion; this is what people are paying to see. I love filming weddings because each wedding is more exciting than the last, a new opportunity to get creative and to show each couple in a different light'
David is our film editor but started out with MYFILM shooting weddings. With an MA in Fine Art, David has a talent for picking those ‘hero’ shots where the emotion of the moment is captured beautifully. He’s committed to getting the best from the footage and can often be found in the edit suite in the early hours. When he’s not editing he’s painting, travelling, walking his dog or cooking.
